Firehose Bot 7215cd6db0 fix split closing quote in intention-location-details frontmatter

8fa342e split the description's trailing ", onto its own line, leaving
the frontmatter invalid Elixir; NimblePublisher evals frontmatter at
compile time, so the app could not compile. Also drops the
&ldquo;/&rdquo; entities from the description (uncommitted WIP, kept
per plan).

Firehose

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
